A 2-Night Experience includes private, Scandinavian-inspired accommodations of your choice, daily meditation + yoga classes, and vegetarian breakfasts. Enrich your experience with our additional services, or choose to spend your free time as you please.
Whether you choose our cozy, vintage-inspired A-frames or our well-appointed deluxe cottages, the moment you step into your accommodation, you know you’ve entered a safe place to unwind and relax.
Each space is imbued with its namesake stone’s positive vibrational properties and colour accents for support, grounding and attuning to the natural world.
Start your day reconnecting with your body. After some grounding, conscious breathwork, you’ll embark either on a silent guided walking meditation through the woods or a seated meditation in our unique geodesic dome. Next, you’ll flow into our asana practice to awaken your body and consciously approach the day. Our guided yoga classes are taught on the foundation of alignment-based flow and will incorporate a variety of styles and movements, with modifications provided. We adjust our teachings according to the season, so you’ll always be in-tune with the rhythmic changes of our natural surroundings.
After our morning practices, you’ll meet in Onyx Lodge and gather around our long harvest table to enjoy breakfast. Every vegetarian breakfast is prepared with love and intention and is made with locally-grown, organic ingredients—we source from Bowen Island or BC’s west coast as often as possible. Sip your choice of coffee or tea, and break bread with those around you. Vegan and gluten-free options available upon request.

Mist offers a serene space to reconnect with the elements through private forested saunas and rejuvenating hot-cold water circuits—an ideal complement to your time at Nectar.
