Tourism Bowen Island Association (TBI) operates the Bowen Island Visitor Information Centre on behalf of Bowen Island Municipality. Based on a fee-for-service agreement, TBI has operated the Visitor Centre since 2016, when Bowen Island Arts Council relinquished its agreement.
